Talking Best perma pre-sear class combo?

What's the best class combo for being in pre-sear forever? What do you think? I think Warrior/Ranger is a good one. I can't find any guide about in this forum nor screenshots of high level in pre-sear. Any help?

I guess the best way is to check the synergy of the few skills you have a available, there is a list of all the quest here: http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Pre-Searing_quest_list

EDIT: this is probably better http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Pre-Searing_checklist

Back in the day when I used to farm Pre, I tried a few combos. My favorites, by far, is the Monk/Ele and Ele/Monk. Reason being is that for one, you don't need much armor, so that's no issue (except Charr, of course). Two, Smiting makes short order of the catacombs. Three, a lot of the creatures (except Charr, again) are suceptible to Fire, which you can use firestorm/flare and smiting rods/staves.

If you're going for Charr hunting, I would suggest a Warrior/something, probably Ranger, so you could get a pet. Just my thoughts.

Me/R was one of my first characters and I stuck around in pre until level 13. It was fairly easy for mesmer to solo all those charr in the Northlands.

Edit: If I'd recreate that character someday in pre, I'd probably go for Me/N.

Thanks. Anyway, I am really impressed I can't find a guide about this, or a comparison of skill combos available in pre-sear

N/E is really effective for soloing the charr.

If you look at the different trainers it will tell you what they give you.

Well, if you are going to make a perma pre-sear character, why not make it a character of your favourite class? Just because a certain class is slightly better than another it doesn't mean that you have to play it =/

A Warrior/Monk would probably fair the best in there though >_>

Uh, Conjure Phantasm FTW? Yeh.... It owns anything in presearing, lol. So E/Me is great! So is N/Me! Anything with Mez in it, even a Mesmer! :P

I've seen a lot of W/Mes soloing charr in presearing. Basically they just do Swordsmanship/Tactics/Inspiration (for Ether Feast <-? Dunno, but apparently they all like to use ether feast? ).

BTW...your avatar is scary O.o Is that an unedited picture?

I have an R/N (no, not a touch Ranger) that I keep in Pre. She's at level 14. That combo works pretty well for me and I can solo Charr. I can pull Charr by using spells without having my pet charge in if I used my bow. And having a pet makes a good meat shield. Plus, by having a Necro secondary, I can hide around corners spamming spells if I want to.
